We have arranged a special group rate for your stay at the Waldorf=Astoria Hotel. These are Deluxe/Superior Rooms Single/Double Occupancy at the rate of $529 per night + taxes.

In order to confirm a room assignment, the hotel will require a first night's deposit ($529 plus all applicable taxes), refundable up to 48 hours in advance of the arrival date.

Instructions for Company Materials (maximum of 50 USB’s for each presenting Company)
Rodman & Renshaw is going green for our September Conference. If you would like to distribute your corporate literature at the conference, please upload it to a USB and bring a maximum of 50 USB’s with you to your presentation. Please DO NOT ship any promotional materials, USB’s, etc…. to the hotel, since they will not be received and/or displayed at the conference.
